We send you pre-screened applicants for positions in your service department
You make an offer of employment and, if hired, assign them a mentor to oversee their progress through the program
You sponsor their training by giving them a day off for class in the middle of the week and contributing toward their tuition
Your apprentice receives classroom & hands-on education, completes training tasks in the shop, and OEM certs, developing from an entry-level to line technician.
